Commence the day with a visit to Punt Road Wines where the cellar door staff will share with you some of their award winning wines. The winery has a rich history and is the ideal place to sample a selection of exciting wines that reflect the personality of the Yarra Valley. Travel to Balgownie Estate, one of the most stylish venues in the Yarra Valley with wines to match, and enjoy lunch with a glass of Balgownie Estate wine to compliment your meal. After lunch travel to Yering Farm Vineyards, a charming boutique winery. Experience wines made with traditional wine making methods in their cellar door which showcases antique copper wine making tools used by pioneer winemakers over a century ago – a fantastic environment to enjoy superb wines. Next, visit French Champagne company Moet and Chandon’s Australian production house – Domaine Chandon. The perfect way to finish the day with a guided tour through the winery which shows how the wine is made, followed by a relaxing glass of Australia’s best bubbly and a view that will leave you in awe.

Tour Stops:  An AAT Kings coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the corner of Flinders and Russell Street at Federation Square, the departure point of your tour. At 1500H (April to September) or 1630H (October to March) join your coach to commence an evening tour to Phillip Island. At dusk, view the wonderful phenomenon of the little penguins as they emerge from the surf, returning to the safety of their dune rookeries. From your nearby vantage point you will have the opportunity to watch the penguins feed their young. Dinner can be purchased at the cafeteria (own expense). Tour concludes at approximately 2200H (April to September) or 2330H (October to March), at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

Travel over the bridge and onto Phillip Island, known for its natural beauty, sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and unique wildlife experiences home to a colony of around 32,000 little penguins. Check out the giant surf at Woolamai Beach and take time to enjoy a tranquil coastal walk. Head to the new marine centre at the Nobbies and stroll the boardwalk to view the majestic rocky
coast, home to a colony of Australian fur seals. Take time-out to immerse yourself in the interactive WWF Antarctic Journey, experience this state-of-the-art fun, educational and virtual world of discovery, located beneath the Nobbies centre. Tour Stops: An AAT Kings coach will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day tour to Port Stephens. Travel across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and over the Hawkesbury River to arrive at the Australian Reptile Park, with its unique exhibits and animals. Enter Lost World of Reptiles’ and journey into ancient pasts. See platypus, Tasmanian Devils, wombats, friendly kangaroos, cuddly koalas and giant crocodiles. Continue the journey to Port Stephens where time is allowed to purchase lunch (own expense) before boarding a dolphin watch cruise from Nelson Bay Marina. Search for the pods of bottlenose dolphins and watch as they play on the bow waves or why not ride the boom net and get close to these friendly visitors. Upon docking at the Marina join a 4WD tour on the sand dunes. Experience the grandeur and tranquility of the local desert wilderness, environmental and historical sights, or maybe try sand-boarding, a thrill that will not be forgotten.
